Terms of use & beta license

The rules for this website and for using the Framewise beta.

Last updated October 20, 2026

Agreement

By using this website or installing Framewise you agree to these terms with Cobalt Peach Software LLC. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree for you.

Beta license

We grant you a free, personal, non-transferable license to install and use the Framewise beta on computers you own or control. You may not resell it, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or remove its notices.

Beta software

Beta builds may contain bugs. Create a Windows restore point if you want an extra safety net. Framewise keeps backups of everything it changes, but you use the beta at your own risk.

No performance guarantee

Frame rates depend on your hardware, drivers, settings, network and the game itself. We do not guarantee any specific FPS, latency or competitive result.

Fortnite and Epic Games

Framewise is not affiliated with Epic Games. Your use of Fortnite is governed by Epic's own terms. Framewise does not modify the game, interact with anti-cheat software or give any in-game advantage beyond the settings available in the game menu.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Framewise or this site to break the law or anyone's terms of service
  • Do not attempt to disrupt our servers or the update service
  • Do not redistribute modified builds

Ownership

Framewise, its code, design and this website belong to Cobalt Peach Software LLC. Trademarks of others belong to their owners.

Disclaimer and liability

The software and website are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to US$50.

Ending the license

You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We may end the beta or your license with notice, for example when a stable version replaces it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Courts in Fulton County, Georgia, have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to sue where you live.
