What we collect

• Beta list: your email address and the hardware details you choose to give.
• Website: standard server logs (IP address, browser, page, time) kept for security.
• App: nothing by default. If you send a crash report, it contains the error, the app version and your Windows version, without your name or email.
• Analytics cookies: only if you switch them on.

How we use it

• To send beta builds and important product notices
• To fix crashes and bugs
• To keep the website secure

Selling and sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use an email provider and a web host that process data for us under contract.

How long we keep it

• Beta list: until you leave it
• Server logs: 30 days
• Crash reports: 12 months

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop emailing you. If you live in California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon or another state with a consumer privacy law, you have the rights that law gives you, including the right to opt out of sale and targeted advertising, which we don't do. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have rights under the GDPR, and our legal bases are consent for the beta list and analytics and legitimate interests for security.

Write to privacy@framewise.app. We reply within 30 days and will not treat you differently for using your rights.

Children

Framewise and this website are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has joined the beta list, tell us and we will delete the entry. Fortnite players under 18 should have a parent's permission before installing PC software.

International users

We are based in the United States and store data there. If you contact us from abroad, your information is transferred to the US.

Changes

We will update the date above and, for material changes, email the beta list.
